The cosy Eco Retreat nestles treetops of Spotted Gum high along the Paterson Street rim.
The dream design is the architect's own Red Cedar home which references the legendary rainforest tree of the subtropical climate. You are surrounded by nature and feels like living in a treehouse.
The home is spacious with 2 living areas & 4 outdoor decks. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own bathroom and 2 have deck access.
Leave the car at home and walk to cafe icon's Top Shop and Byron General Store on your way into town. Take in big views over the surrounding hinterland and culture and history on the streets of Byron along the way. Detour past the Arakwal National Park and through the Cape Byron State Conservation Area to the Cape Byron Lighthouse.
Walk 2km to Clarkes Beach and The Pass or 1 km to Tallow Beach
Please note as a safety precaution there is no access to the clerestory windows. New outdoor furniture setting & light fittings.

When you check out please lock the house. Please remove and place all rubbish in garbage bins; Please pick up all cigarette butts, can tops from the house, decks and gardens; All furniture is to be placed back in its original position please; The kitchen is to be left as it was found please clean and items put away; Any damages, breakages or missing items must be reported to management please; Security will be called for excessive noise with fines if required.

The Code of Conduct imposes certain behaviour standards on guests in short-term rental accommodation, including:
You must not make noise that unreasonably disrupts your neighbours
You must not cause damage to the premises, including any common property in a strata scheme or association property in a community scheme

If you don’t meet your obligations under the code, you could face penalties such as warning notices, fines or being added to the exclusion register.
