Beach Break Unit 1 is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor duplex with two tiled living areas and fully equipped kitchen.
The units are village central and directly across the road from the ocean, between Main Beach and Clarkes Beach.
Perfect holiday unit for families with its large garden area and fenced in-ground swimming pool which is shared with guests in Unit 2 upstairs.
There are 3 bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with bunk beds including a double bottom mattress - perfect for the kids.
Linen provided, just bring your beach towels. Please note No Wifi
Amenities include: Dishwasher, Microwave, Washing Machine and Dryer, Bath, Smart TV and BBQ. Sleeps 6 guests. Single garage and one driveway parking space available. But you wont need a car, as everything is within walking distance!

When you check out please lock the house. Please remove and place all rubbish in garbage bins; Please pick up all cigarette butts, can tops from the house, decks and gardens; All furniture is to be placed back in its original position please; The kitchen is to be left as it was found please clean and items put away; Any damages, breakages or missing items must be reported to management please; Security will be called for excessive noise with fines if required.
